Steve Mallett has been an entrepreneur and business owner from an early age. Working in various areas of expertise, Steve has owned a car stereo installation business, a marketing company, a bicycle store, and founded the Mallett Integrity Team in 2004. Steve is an ultra-marathon runner and has completed several 50 mile and 50K runs! In 2013 he won his age group in the Deep Eddy Mile Swim and the Cap 2K Swim in Town Lake. in 2015 he ran his fastest marathon to date at 3:38:50 at the Mountains to Beach Marathon in Ojai California. His hard work and dedication has led him to succeed in every field he has had his hand in.
As the founder of the Mallett Integrity Team, he has built his business from the ground up into the growing and thriving group that it is today. In 2004 Steve received the “Rookie of the Year” award as a new agent. In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 Steve’s team received numerous awards including the Top Listing Group for KW and Cultural Ambassador for involvement in KW and the community.
Steve is the is President of the Dripping Springs Running Club, Race director for the Run By The Creek and currently serves on the Agent Leadership Council committee for Keller Williams. Originally from California, Steve now resides in Dripping Springs with his three children. His oldest son, Colton, was recently accepted into Texas Tech University and is now officially a RED RAIDER! His daughter Gracie is an equestrian competitor and has ridden her horse Harry Trotter to many wins in Central Texas Horse Shows.

Michelle is our teams Operations Manager with responsibilities in our marketing campaigns, document preparation and team organization. Prior to joining MIT, Michelle has a strong marketing background, which included Chic-fil-A, Texas Schools Risk Managers Association and several local media outlets. These positions provided the background and expertise to promote our properties and brand. Scheduling, data entry, meeting vendors and buttoning up loose ends is just a small part of the job Michelle dedicates to our clients.
Michelle is a 9th generation Texan and resides here in Dripping Springs with her husband Todd. Her three children are all Dripping Springs Tigers with her oldest Logan in college pursuing medicine, her middle son, Tate, is in the United States Coast Guard currently stationed at New Orleans Air Station and Kendall is a senior and varsity cheerleader at DSHS. In her free time, you can see Michelle either shopping, spending time with her family or with a camera in her hand.
Jenna Marie Moore
As the lead buyers agent on Mallett Integrity team Jenna Marie Moore specializes in building long-lasting, service-based relationships with her clients and in the community. Her unique ability to listen and connect with others enables her to identify their needs quickly and effectively and execute a successful game plan. The result is real estate at it’s best. Buyers and Sellers that work with Jenna often comment that they are amazed at her “boots on the ground” approach as she goes above and beyond to serve them. This strong work ethic and pursuit of excellence is an ongoing theme in her life. Graduating from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a degree in Animal Science, Jenna brings a valuable combination of skills to our team. Using her strong background in sales, marketing and Ranch Management, she offers a large range of expertise to her clients. Jenna lives on a ranch outside Dripping Springs with her husband and son. She is an avid horsewoman and animal lover. In 2013 she qualified and competed at the Ram Texas Circuit Finals achieving a lifelong goal. Jenna approaches each endeavor with determination, business sense and an innovative mindset.
Michelle Leuschner is our in-house Stager and owns Originally Inspired Home Staging and Interior Decorating. She been on the Mallett Integrity Team for close to 6 years and has staged hundreds of residential and vacation homes.
Having an eye for detail and trouble-shooting problem areas, Michelle can transform a space to appeal to a broader market of target buyers. Michelle understands that selling a home can be a stressful and emotional task, s has a way of putting a client at ease.
Michelle also doesn’t see staging as a job but more as a gift. “I have the ultimate privilege of working with a property owner and in just a few hours, creating a space that is picture and show ready. It’s such a rewarding experience to know that I have contributed to the owner potentially getting top dollar for their home.”
When Michelle is not busy staging and decorating, she enjoys being at home with her husband Blane, their 3 teenage daughters: Camryn and twins Kaitlyn and Madelyn.
