Dripping Springs

Dripping Springs is a small town located about 15 miles Southwest of Austin in Hays county with a population of 1788. Nicknamed “The Gateway to the Hill Country”, Dripping Springs has a small town feel with easy access to all the activities, events, and conveniences Austin & the Texas Hill Country have to offer. And we’re not the only ones that think Dripping Springs is a great place to live! Since 2000, Dripping Springs has seen incredible population growth which is expected to continue over the next several years.

​Dripping Springs also has excellent public & private schools for students to attend. Most recently, Dripping Springs ISD was given “Recognized” status, and all three Dripping Springs ISD elementary schools were named “Exemplary.” For private school education, Dripping Springs Christian Academy (K-10) and Kings Academy (K-8) are both located in DrippingSprings and have excellent programs.

Something you may not know about the area is that Dripping Springs and the surrounding Hill Country are also home to many local wineries. These wineries make some great local wines, are also open for tours and tastings, and many host live music & events year around.
