The most recent MLS statistics for the Austin area are out and the Austin market is still going strong! Average sold price for all Austin MLS areas is up by about 10% and up about 4% for the Dripping Springs area (78620, 78619, 78737) compared to the same month in 2012. The average days on the market (DOM) statistics are also encouraging for home sellers. In all Austin MLS areas average DOM is down about 31% and down about 29% in the Dripping Springs area.
